New look alert! I had the pleasure of working with LKBK, a platform that promotes the work of creative students through fashion across colleges. I worked with a few of the talented photographers to do a laundromat photoshoot, inspired by Beyoncé's Elle photoshoot for her latest IVY PARK collection. I was lucky enough to purchase some items from that collection, thanks to Nordstrom, so I had to do a photo shoot to share what I got.

If some of you remember (just visit Beyoncé's Instagram page or website if you don't), the Queen announced her latest collection with Adidas by posting pictures and videos of herself wearing every piece of clothing. While I wanted to get almost every item, my bank account would definitely not allow that so I got my top favorites pieces and one of them was the maroon/orange bodysuit.
I styled the bodysuit with a pair of 90s inspired joggers from Boohoo because of the orange accents with the mesh design. I am also wearing a pair of platform sneakers from Missguided because 1) I was going for a streetwear vibe and 2) they are more comfortable than heels––although, heels would not look bad either. Lastly, I accessorize with gold jewelry and a black handbag; I did not want to overly emphasize on accessories for this look because I want the attention to be primarily on the outfit itself and I feel as if too much jewelry will take away that attention; that does not mean that I will not wear any accessories at all, just not as much as I usually do. I also wore my, what a lot of my friends consider, iconic blonde wig because it only made sense. Black hair would have been too boring and this is not a boring outfit.
