Happy New Year! I wanted to take some time to first thank all my readers for being on this ride with me. I officially started my blog in 2015 after 2 years of pure procrastination and me wanting my website to be absolute perfection but I had to accept that I can only make it look as amazing as I wanted it to. The only thing that matters is that I have grown so much in terms of my writing and style and I have over 8,000 readers who love that as well. So I want to thank you, whether you are an avid reader, someone who recently discovered my blog or someone who relies on it for a quick read occasionally, thank you so much. I created this blog to have a space to share factors of what I love and I love knowing how much of an impact it has on others (I may or may not be crying while typing this lol). Second, I wanted to take some time to reflect on 2019. Last year was definitely not an easy year for me mentally but it was a lot better than in past years. While 2019 was not easy, it was also pretty amazing because I loved myself even more than I did before and I will continue to love myself even more as the years continue to go by. 2019 was the year I learned that I cannot change what I cannot control and that is okay; I have to be okay with not always having full control. Now that it is 2020, a new decade (so crazy right?), I have set so many goals for myself that I cannot wait to achieve. My main goal for the year is to love myself even more than I did last year and take care of myself.

Now that I have said all of that, let us get into my first look of 2020. In the look above, I am wearing a cute, striped set from Boohoo called 'Cropped Slouchy Rib Top & Trouser Co-ord' in the color denim-blue. If there is one thing that I absolutely love when it comes to styling, it is co-ord sets. I love co-ord sets because they make styling x1000 easier. In this look, I style this set with a black faux fur coat and chunky FILA sneakers. I also accessorize with Boohoo's 'Teddy Faux Fur Mini Cross Body & Chain Bag', a pair of sunglasses, and plenty of jewelry.
